In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engagement leaders to ensure seamless execution, regulatory adherence, and high-velocity business impact.

Scope & Responsibilities

Key Areas of Focus

Perform internal compliance audits on operational integrity, regulatory adherence, and client confidentiality standards.

Track statutory compliance schedules across corporate filings, taxation readiness, and labor regulations.

Prepare risk assessment matrices, internal control documentation, and remediation plans.

Assist with enterprise client security questionnaires and vendor due-diligence evaluations.

Competencies & Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

1Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration.

23+ years of professional experience in statutory compliance, audit, internal controls, or risk advisory.

3Strong analytical ability, process auditing methodology, and documentation rigor.

4Proficiency with spreadsheet modeling, compliance checklists, and governance reporting frameworks.
